Located on the waterways of the world renowned Las Olas Boulevard on the Isle of Venice, Avalon Waterfront Inns features a beautiful dockside swimming pool for the use of resort and marina guests. This is a unique atmosphere where guests can enjoy the tropical Florida ambiance and mix with boaters of the intracoastal waterway. The property also offers laundry facilities on site, outdoor gas barbecues, sun decks with casual table areas and free parking.
**This property requires a five night minimum stay 10/30/03-11/4/03; a four night minimum stay is required 10/28/03-11/3/04.**
**Rates are based on DBL occupancy, 3rd and 4th guests must pay $10.00 plus tax per person, per day at check-in.**

91 Isle of Venice, Fort Lauderdale - Directions from Florida Turnpike and I-95. Take Sunrise Blvd. exit (30-A) East all the way to Fort Lauderdale Beach (A1A). Turn right and go to Las Olas Blvd. Turn right, over the intercoastal waterway bridge, the 5th Street/Island is Isle of Venice. Turn right, past the big "Waterfront Inns" yellow sign. Go to #91, pink building with green awning, main office is in the middle building.
